Shake hypercaloric, for increasing muscle mass

Ingredients for preparation:

Milk - 300/400 ml
Neston - 2 tablespoonfuls
Oatmeal - 2 spoonfuls
Chocolate - to taste
peanut flour - 1 spoonful
Albumin or hipercalórico - as directed by the label
